I ordered an entry door with sidelights for my new home from Exclusive and discovered a small design mistake. I contacted Roberto the Owner with Exclusive Iron Doors and without any HESITATION he sent two of his employees from SAN ANTONIO all the way to my home in NC to fix the issue! We are extremely pleased with our iron door from Exclusive Iron Doors! The craftsmanship and design of the door is beautiful. The door also feels very sturdy yet opens/closes very smoothly. Most importantly the company offered great customer service. They communicated with us consistently and were flexible and patient with us throughout the design process. Finally, install day was a pleasant experience as the installers were courteous and paid attention to treating our home (and floors) carefully as well as cleaning up after the install. Would definitely recommend!

We bought a door from Exclusive , after looking at many options from California , North Carolina and Tennessee the Texan company did it all good for us , Shawn was very professional and guide us from 0 to 10, I’m glad we found them and will definitely recommend them with all of my builder friends .
The door was promised in 8-9 weeks and we got it here in 8.5 so we really appreciate the commitment as a builder its a must to get thing on time

I would recommend this company to anyone. From my first encounter I was treated with pure professionalism. Shawn was so polite and very knowledgeable about her product. She answered all of my concerns as well as my husband's. She told me it would be about four weeks to get my doors however my doors came in 2 1/2 weeks earlier. She has kept in contact throughout the entire process. The quality of the doors are top notch and I absolutely love them!
My doors were installed by Ceasar and Allen and they were geeat! They were very polite and very neat and clean. I can tell they take much pride in their work. I have even requested them to do another project for me.

So, the one big extravagance in our town house renovation was opening up the back wall of the garden level to the back yard. This was serious engineering work and not cheep so we wanted iron doors that would justify the expense. The doors we bought from Exclusive Iron Doors are everything we hoped for and more. The doors are beautiful. The manufacturing is meticulous down to the last detail. The door swing is smooth, like buttah... Diana and Roberto were there for us at every step of the way with support and advice to make the installation as easy as it could be. Huge value for the $$ and an enormous value-add for our Harlem haven..
I found this company online , I was a little skeptical about ordering a little bit over 25K + worth of door for my home in NJ , when I was about to quit from taking that risk , the sales representative offer me to video conference , so they can show me around their showroom and operation.
I was thrilled with their showroom , and was very happy to see so much professionalism from every member of their team, that was able to share a smile to a random customer being behind a camera.
The doors arrived just in time , my builder had some questions regarding how to put together every pice, since they arrive in a very good and protected crate separately , he was immediately contacted by the owner witch was a surprise by him and was able to clarify every single aspect of the install process.
We are very happy with the overall service , product and look off our doors! we get many compliments.

Gregg Rosenfield and Diana Davila were wonderful at locating and having produced the "door of my dreams". We did it long distance and it worked well and I love my door. Do business with them They will treat you like family.
This door is a game changer for my house. I had some early reservations, but Robert reassured me, and he kept me updated on any delays throughout the process.
It took about two months to receive the doors, but it was well worth the wait. My only regret is that I didn't order the patio door during the initial purchase.
The installers were very professional and detail oriented. It took about a day and a half to complete the installation, but they kept me updated on their progress. Outstanding workmanship!
We love our door! It is unique and beautiful. The whole process was very user friendly and the staff was very easy to work with. We have a single door that was built to perfectly fit our rough opening instead of us having to modify our opening to fit some stock size door. This allowed us to have the biggest door we could for our space and at a reasonable price point. They were able to answer every question we had and sent great instructions well ahead of delivery. You will need to be prepared for the weight of these doors when you take delivery -- they are heavy! We can highly recommend Exclusive Iron Doors.

From design selection, to door color and glass options we felt comfortable we were getting exactly the door we wanted. We got frequent updates regarding the door's preparation and shipping which also gave us peace of mind. The installation was completed in one day and the area was left just the way they found it. Honestly, we were surprised the entire process was so smooth. After installation we even decided to install a smart lock and Roberto worked with us to find something that met our needs and fit in with the design of the door.

Absolutely stunning doors! I searched for months to find a company that not only sold beautiful doors - but also that would customize to my size/ design requirements! The selection is like nothing else you'll find at your run-of-the-mill home improvement store... or even 'door company' for that matter! I live in Ohio- and even with the shipping costs- I STILL would hands-down recommend Exclusive Iron Doors to anyone that asks! (And believe me... people ask! I have lost count of all of the times that I've been asked about where I got my doors!) Such an easy process- and again, just beautiful doors!
High quality product AND great customer service.
After coordinating with Exclusive Iron Doors on a personalized design and waiting the several weeks for it to be custom made, it was delivered and installed last week. The installers were very respectful and NEAT...they actually cleaned up after themselves! Due to the way our front door interfaces with our rock, they had to come back today to apply mortar around the exterior trim. Any time I corresponded with the office with Diana, she was quick to respond and was very helpful. Everything has been well done and we couldn't be more pleased. Thanks guys!!
